First Open source softwares releases within the project

Within the project, the following releases of open source softwares were achieved during the last months :

SCIP 6.0.1 released by ZIB ; SCIP will be used to solve large-scale MIP problems within plan4res
StOpt 2.6, released by EDF ; StOpt is an open-source stochastic optimization library which will be used for solving large seasonal storage problems
NDOSolver/FiOracle, released by University of Pisa, will be used for solving problems induced by decomposition algorithms
The first plan4res container infrastructure, released by CRAY, is based on Singularity
